Celebs to Play Poker for a good cause

Funny man Brad Garrett will be buying into an impending charity tournament.

The wonderful day of Jan 17, 2008 will register another game in the record of charity Poker Tournaments. Celebrities will play poker for charity to promote the Therapeutic Living Centers for the Blind (TLC).
The episode is going to be termed as "All-In To Win" and will happen at Commerce Casino in California, which is also the resolute location of WPT L.A. Poker Classic.
The rising popularity of the tournament has already made it successful in grabbing the attention of celebrities like Adam Baldwin, Brad Garrett, Daniel Baldwin, Judd Nelson and Chris McDonald.
Garrett is supposedly, one of the most experienced players to play at the Event, as he has numerous appearances previously also at the WSOP.
The grand prize for the event embraces a place at the World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational and a handsome amount of $2,500 in cash.
Others, who are anxious to make decent donations to the TLC and to enter into some serious poker action can buy into All-In To Win for a total of $200. Also there will be a re-buy for $200. The tournament is assistance to blind infants, toddlers and preschoolers with developmental disabilities.
TLC has been in existence from 30 years and offers interminable care services for people challenged with both blindness and developmental disabilities.
